High Performance Primers
Rust Inhibitive Metal Primers are heavy duty, high quality, alkyd primers for priming structural steel, miscellaneous fabricated metal parts, and other ferrous metal substrates. The high volume solids produce increased coverage rates and one coat application. One 2.5 mil thick coat will protect a steel substrate for up to 6 months prior to topcoating or enclosing the structure.
High Performance Primers also serve as Universal Primers, formerly known as 'No Lift' Primers. They can withstand all Top Coat options including epoxies and high solvent coatings.
