Masonry Anchors
Plain Steel / Zinc Coated / HDG / Stainless Steel
In a Masonry to Structural Steel application, the Anchor is welded or PowerShot to a column or beam. The structural members are usually carbon steel so it raises the question: Why would Galvanized or Stainless Anchors be required. While the point can be debated most fabricators are reluctant to alter the plans, or willing to spend the time attempting to have the callout altered.
For this reason, The Steel Supply Company stocks standard masonry anchors in all variations of material and for any unique requirement the ability to produce to exact special-order specifications is always available.
